After you place an order

●We will choose a suitable logistics express company to send your express delivery as soon as possible. Usually the order will be sent out 1-3 days after you place the order. If there are special circumstances, we will notify you in time.
●After the order is sent, we will send the logistics order to your email address so that you can learn about the product status in time.

●We cooperate with world-recognized logistics companies, such as DHL, FedEx, EMS.
We use express delivery, which usually takes about 5-7 working days, but the specific time may depend on the local customs clearance process. If delays occur, we will promptly notify customers.
●Please note that it is impossible for us to control every package and every customs clearance in every country to which we send packages. These matters are beyond our control and depend on the laws of each country. But if you need our help or assistance with customs clearance, please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible, we will try our best to help you solve all problems.

Delivery

When we send you your personal tracking number, we kindly ask that you take control of the process.
You can always contact your local DHL/Fedex representative to get actual data on the progress of your shipment and to agree on delivery details.
