About Faulty Product

All defective returns must be authorized by customer service prior to return. Please email us to obtain the correct return address, we will not accept refunds or exchanges if sent to the wrong address.
We make this request because manufacturer’s warranties vary from product to product, and the time frame within which a product can be returned to us also varies. It’s also important to make sure you fill out the correct returns form before returning your order.
Defective goods can only be replaced if the original is returned to us.
All returns should be recorded and tracked. This provides proof of our takeover. If a returned item sent without tracking is not received by us, we will not be responsible for the cost or replacement of the item.
All defective goods will be inspected and tested upon return. If the item is found to be in working order, or is damaged due to natural wear and tear, or malfunctions due to human error, the item will be returned to the customer. So if you have questions, please email or call us.
If you do not accept the package from the courier, or the courier returns the item for non-collection, you will have to pay all costs associated with the courier or any taxes/duties incurred on the return to the return address.
All items and original packaging must be included with your return. Failure to do so will result in a packaging fee or loss of the right to an exchange or refund.

About Return

You may return any item within 30 days of receipt, which must be in the original packaging with instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will refund – the 20% restocking fee.
All items must be authorized by Customer Service before being returned and contact us via email or phone within 14 days to describe the issue with the repeater. This is essential to ensure that the correct return form is completed before returning the order.


If there is no quality problem with the goods, all returns will be borne by the buyer.
We will refund postage costs only if the return is due to our error.
If a product is returned to us without its original packaging, we will not refund, exchange or return it to you in accordance with our terms and conditions.
We will not accept returns if any items are missing. If you are sending an item that is missing an item and wish to return it, you must organize a courier to pick it up.
All returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

About Free Return

If you can’t get the signal booster to work properly, we offer free returns.

There are some conditions for free returns as follows.

You must purchase a Yagi antenna and order a booster with a network signal of at least 3 bars. Therefore, if you order the wrong booster, you must pay for return shipping and taxes incurred.
If you are unable to get your signal booster to work properly, you will need to work with us by sending photos of the installation and making any changes we request so we can help you get the gain you need.
We will send you a new product for any product we deem damaged. If you are unable to get your booster to work with the new parts, then you can send it back for a full refund.
You must send the booster back to the address we provide along with a photo of the shipping invoice and we will refund the purchase price and shipping fee upon receipt. We can only get the original invoice.
Any items returned by the courier must be paid for by the customer. This is usually much more expensive than the package price and will be destroyed, no refunds will be given if this happens.
If you order an item from us and then refuse to ship it and return it to us, we will be charged a 20% shipping and restocking fee. Because we have to pay to ship to you.
Shipping:
Once a tracking number is issued, no refunds will be given. You must return in person to receive it.
We cannot change the shipping address once a tracking number has been issued.
If you do not pay the booster import fee, the booster will be returned. This will be classified as destroyed and no refunds will be given.
